Positions Description & Tasks:

• To provide homemade baking for the families residing at the House
• Prepares homemade baking, including cookies, muffins, squares and cake
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen while working and ensures everything is clean and put away before leaving
• Washes dishes using proper dish washing procedures
• Packages baking to be frozen as directed
• Works within safe food handling guidelines

Qualification and/or Skills Required:

• Experience with baking and has a solid understanding and knowledge of baking processes
• Ability to follow safe food handling, cleaning and packaging techniques
• Ability to follow baking recipes and choose recipes that use ingredients available at the House
